Overview The Ministry of Education is seeking registrations of interest from building main-contractors to price the supply and installation works for the 5YA Blocks 2, 3, 4 and 12 Plumbing Refurbishment project at Waiuku School, South Auckland. Scope The scope includes: Supply and installation works for the plumbing refurbishment project across Blocks 2, 3, 4 and 12 Replacement of existing interior finishings, including privacy screens, that have reached the end of their lifecycle Site visits and appropriate inspections to determine the supply and installation of the required materials Contractor Requirements Compliance with NZ Safety Codes and Ministry of Education standards Compliance with all Ministry of Education property legislation procedures Instructions to Tenderers All documentation for this project will be prepared by the PM consultant, in accordance with NZ Safety Codes and Ministry of Education standards.
