Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main contractor to carry out combined envelope improvements at Paparangi School (Wellington), covering Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of old end-of-life window units throughout Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 Targeted remediation of the existing roofing systems on Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 9 Installation of safety mesh for translucent roofing in Blocks 1, 2 and 3 Selected profiled metal roofing, flashings and new translucent roofing replacements in Blocks 7 and 9 New skylights in Block 4 All necessary access, scaffolding and health and safety measures Enquiries All enquiries are to be made through the GETS Question & Answer function.
