Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a Main Contractor to deliver a site wide drainage upgrade at Riverina School, addressing an existing system that is insufficient and causing ongoing flooding issues across the site. Scope The scope includes: Locating and removing old drainage infrastructure Installing new pipework and dispersion elements to properly manage stormwater Reinstating all disturbed surfaces on completion Instructions to Tenderers The project will be procured via an open Registration of Interest (ROI) process, with shortlisted Tenderers invited to a subsequent closed Request for Tender. Contract Terms and Conditions The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract Works are planned to take place during the school holiday period, indicatively from December 2026 to January 2027
