Rangiora Eastern Link Programme Manager - Third Term

Overview Waimakariri District Council is seeking a Programme Manager, for a third term, to manage the Rangiora Eastern Link project and provide additional strategic, business case, and project management advisory services for other Council initiatives. Scope The scope includes: Progress the appointment of a designer for the Rangiora Eastern Link Complete investigations for the Rangiora Eastern Link Prepare design and contract documentation for the Rangiora Eastern Link Appoint a contractor for the Rangiora Eastern Link Carry out early contractor involvement (ECI) Procure land required for the Rangiora Eastern Link Obtain consents for the Rangiora Eastern Link Prepare documentation to obtain construction funding for the Rangiora Eastern Link Provide strategic planning and business case development services for priority stormwater, wastewater, and flood management initiatives, including the Rangiora Stormwater Management Plan, Mandeville flood management, and the Oxford Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), and provide advice as required Provide advice as required for the Animal Shelter project Provide project management and specialist advisory services, as part of the Development team, for other Council projects commissioned on an agreed, task-by-task basis
