RFP-Health NZ Northern Region Panel for Suppliers of WINDOW TREATMENTS Projects and Maintenance Services

Overview Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora), Northern Region (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers of window treatments projects and maintenance services for its Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Projects requirements. About The Principal consists of: Auckland, its hospital campuses and community facilities Counties Manukau, its hospital campuses and community facilities Northland, its hospital campuses and community facilities Waitematā, its hospital campuses and community facilities The Principal owns and operates facilities associated with delivering health and disability services and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of these facilities. These hospital campuses and community facilities are operational 24/7, and shutdowns of services (both utilities and clinical) need to be carefully planned and considered to minimise impacts on patients and staff. The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Health New Zealand's Northern Region hospitals and their community facilities. Scope The scope includes: Planned Preventative Maintenance of window treatments Reactive Maintenance of window treatments Window treatments projects Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the supply of window treatments projects and maintenance services A supplier must successfully proceed through all procurement phases and subsequent contract negotiations to become a panel member Instructions to Tenderers Only suppliers appointed to the panel will be able to provide in-scope services to the Northern Region hospitals.
