Health New Zealand, Northern Region, Waitematā District (the Principal) is seeking to procure the services of a Building Management System (BMS) Contractor to deliver the design and build of a new open source BMS at the North Shore Hospital campus (the Project). The BMS Contractor is being procured via an Open Request for Proposals (RFP) issued. Note: Other Health NZ Northern Region hospitals may source the same / similar services during the contract term of the contract awarded as a result of this procurement.
