Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main building contractor to carry out remedial works to Blocks 1, 2, and 3 at Greenacres School, Tawa, Wellington, to address water ingress caused by cracking of the cladding and incorrectly joined roof flashing and gutters. About Blocks 1, 2, and 3 at Greenacres School are currently experiencing issues with water ingress as a result of cracking of the cladding and incorrectly joined roof flashing and gutters. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of areas of brick veneer cladding with timber weatherboards Replacement of existing windows on Block 3 with double glazed aluminium Reconfiguration and renewal of roof flashings and gutter detailing on Block 3 Making good affected finishes where required
