Overview New Zealand Blood Service (NZBS) is planning to evaluate potential replacements for its Statistical Process Control (SPC) software, which has been in use for approximately the last 24 years. Purpose A recent Data Integrity Assessment highlighted risks and limitations associated with the current SPC software solution. The information gathered through this process will be used to support the procurement of a replacement solution that mitigates the risks identified.
