251031-000302 - Concrete Works - Minor and Medium Works Panel Council is seeking tenders to form an arrangement in accordance with the Pre-qualified Supplier Framework (PS Deed) for the provision of Concreting minor and medium works. The panel will operate under a deed of agreement for a seven (7) year term, enabling Council to call upon pre-assessed suppliers for Minor and Medium Concrete Works in the lead up to the 2032 Olympic Games, in a manner that is efficient, compliant, and scalable to demand. This approach provides transparency to the market while ensuring Council retains flexibility to match suppliers to project size, complexity, and risk. To support the various requirements across Council, this arrangement will have 2 Tiers/sub-categories of works: Tier 1 – Concreters (under $250K) Tier 2 – Medium Civils/Concreters ($250k–$749k) Works exceeding $250k will trigger Principal Contractor obligations under the Work Health and Safety Regulation The Concrete Works to be provided in this Arrangement include, but are not limited to: (a) Concrete Footpaths (b) Bikeways (c) Bus Stops (concrete components only) & Kerb ramps (d) Slab Installations (e) Driveways (f) Maintenance/ad-hoc concrete works (g) Headwalls, culvert slabs, retaining walls, GIPs and lintel tops (h) Minor associated Landscape works (Minor retaining walls) (i) Architectural surface finishes (e.g., bush, wood float, exposed aggregate).
