About this tender
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for tender submissions to complete the fitout and relocation of the Capalaba Electorate Office. The scope requires the certified design and construction of the Electorate Office at 2/2 Dollery Road, Capalaba, and decommissioning and relocation from the existing electorate office. The project includes and is not limited to certified design and construction of internal partition walls, electrical works, mechanical services works, hydraulic services works, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware installation, relocation of office furniture, equipment and items from the existing electorate office, supply and installation of FF&E, final finishes, certification, make good of the existing office, and provision of a full suite of as-built and O&M documentation. The mandatory site inspection is being held on Tuesday 9 June 2026 at 10.30am at 2/2 Dollery Road, Capalaba. Please register with the Principal Contact by 8 June 2026.
