About this tender
Council is seeking EOI from eligible community organisations for the lease and use of vacant land located on Sarchedon Drive, Moranbah. The successful respondent(s) will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, management, maintenance, promotion and associated costs of the leased land and any facilities. This EOI provides an opportunity for community organisations to: Secure tenure over a significant landholding Deliver facilities, programs, or infrastructure that support community wellbeing Contribute to the activation and enhancement of a key recreation space EOI are due by midnight on Friday, 31 July 2026. EOI ASSESMENT CRITERIA Submissions are strictly limited to community organisations, including: Incorporated associations Not-for-profit organisations Sporting and recreational clubs Community service providers An inspection of the site can be arranged by contacting Mitch Kinter, Overseer, via email on Mitch.Kinter@isaac.qld.gov.au The land can be leased in separate portions, allowing multiple organisations to secure tenure.
