The premises comprises an open-plan hall area with an adjoining kitchenette, a storage room, two separate toilet facilities, and a fully fenced outdoor area. The EOI period will run from Monday 6 July until 4pm Friday, 31 July 2026. Interested organisations are encouraged to email community.leasing@gladstone.qld.gov.au to request an EOI Information Pack.
