What the buyer is requesting Details Isaac Regional Council (Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to register their company interest and supporting documentation for the tender of winning, crushing and screening suitable gravel material for the 2026/27 Resheeting Program. The successful Tenderer will be engaged to complete services at several established quarries (pits) located throughout the region. The material from these pits is utilised on local roads, as part of road maintenance, resheeting and construction operations. Predominately these pits are located on private property however are under access agreements with the landowners and Isaac Regional Council. All production will be carried out in compliance with the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999, Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Regulation 2017, and all conditions of permits/authorities issued by various state departments. The Successful Tenderer is required to provide winning, crushing and screening gravel services at various pits throughout the Isaac Region for the 2026/27 resheeting program. Tender responses provided MUST demonstrate the processes that will be used to deliver the program by setting out the methodology to be utilised and how compliance with each component listed in all sections of this specification will be achieved. The successful tenderer will be required to commence works within one (1) month of the date of Principal’s Letter of Acceptance which is expected to be issued in July 2026. There will be an optional site meeting on Tuesday 26 May and Wednesday 27 May 2026, tenderers must RSVP by 5pm Thursday 21 May 2026 to obtain the Travel Program for these meetings. All submissions are required to address the full scope of works as outlined in the procurement documentation. Offers limited to the supply and delivery of gravel/materials, in place of undertaking the prescribed works, would be deemed to be a major departure from the supplied specification and would be treated as a non conforming tender submission.
