Overview Banana Shire Council is seeking a contractor to undertake construction works at Moura SES, comprising a secure office/storage building and driveway improvement works. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a secure office/storage space at Moura SES to accommodate "grab-and-go" operational items, including radios, paperwork, and other critical equipment Full enclosure of the room, sealed from dust and weather ingress Construction suitable for installation of air conditioning to maintain a controlled internal environment Filling and reinstating the existing pipe drain within the driveway to provide a continuous trafficable surface Improvement of vehicle access and turning movements within the driveway area for larger plant and equipment Instructions to Tenderers Tasks are able to be quoted separately.
