About this tender
Overview The Department of Transport and Main Roads (QLD) is seeking a provider to deliver Program Management Office (PMO) Services in support of the European Train Control System (ETCS) Program. About The European Train Control System (ETCS) is a digital signalling system being rolled out to key parts of the Southeast Queensland rail network to modernise rail operations and improve network safety, reliability and capacity. The ETCS Program Management Office (PMO) has established the foundational governance, planning, risk, change, reporting, financial management and information management capabilities necessary to support delivery of the ETCS Program. The PMO currently operates as the central coordination function for program governance, performance monitoring, controls assurance and executive reporting, with supporting processes, templates, registers and reporting mechanisms implemented and continuously refined to meet program and stakeholder requirements. Scope The scope includes: Operating, maintaining, enhancing and continuously improving program governance, planning, risk, change, reporting, financial management and information management capabilities Ensuring alignment with program objectives, evolving governance requirements and industry best practice Acting as the central coordination function for program governance, performance monitoring, controls assurance and executive reporting Maintaining and refining supporting processes, templates, registers and reporting mechanisms to meet program and stakeholder requirements Serving as the single source of truth for program controls, performance reporting, governance information and approved documentation, to provide confidence to program leadership and key stakeholders in the accuracy, quality and timeliness of information used for decision-making Enquiries All notices and other communications relating to the Contract are to be sent to the Customer at the details below, or any updated details provided by the Customer to the Supplier in writing.
