Overview Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) has issued a notice of an upcoming tender for the supply of protection cubicles, blanking and mounting plates (Doc110088471). EQL anticipates releasing a Request for Tender (RFT) via SAP Ariba on or around 16/09/2026. Purpose The purpose of this RFT is to select one or a range of capable and experienced suppliers under an arrangement for the supply of protection cubicles, blanking and mounting plates, as specified in the technical specification in the request. Scope Supply of protection cubicles, blanking and mounting plates as specified in the technical specification in the request Instructions to Tenderers Key dates: RFT release date: 16/09/2026 in SAP Ariba Last day for request for clarifications: 1/11/2026 RFT close date: 19 November 2026 Sample delivery on or before: 19 November 2026 To register interest to participate, email the Contact Officer, marie.gammage@energyq.com.au, quoting "Doc110088471" in the subject line of the email. The email should include: Business legal entity name (as displayed in the ABN lookup) ABN Contact name and email address The Contact Officer will be on leave from 21/09/2026 to 25/09/2026 inclusive. Once the event has been published: Tenderers will be invited to respond and will be able to access the EQL SAP Ariba realm via a link contained in the email notification. This link will expire within 24 hours. Tenderers must accept the prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the 'Review and Accept Prerequisites' tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received, including content updates and changes to event timing. If a Tenderer elects to submit a response, it must be submitted using EQL's online tendering tool (SAP Ariba) only. Submissions provided via email will not be considered for evaluation.
