Overview Southern Cross University is seeking a contractor to provide routine mechanical maintenance services at its Gold Coast Campus, an educational facility comprising numerous buildings dedicated to individual faculties. Scope The scope includes: Routine maintenance of mechanical services throughout the Gold Coast Campus Coordination of all service visits, testing, and repair work with proprietors Contractor Requirements The work is to be carried out in accordance with: Southern Cross University WH&S requirements and procedures, including induction forms for specific buildings on site The NDY Specification On-site Operation & Maintenance Manuals, including as-installed drawings outlining technical and performance requirements and minimum standards The SCU Maintenance Contract Guideline (as appended) All work involving the handling of refrigerant must be performed by qualified personnel holding a current ARCTick full Refrigerant Handling Licence (RAC01)
