Overview Port Augusta City Council is inviting businesses and organisations to submit an Expression of Interest application to be considered for a Licence to occupy office space in the Fountain Gallery, 43 Flinders Terrace, Port Augusta. Scope The scope includes: Licence of office space in the Fountain Gallery, 43 Flinders Terrace, Port Augusta, for businesses and organisations (refer Attachment A, Site Plan) Room 1: approximately 31.0m2, located front right of the building, $10,000 per annum, with provision of furnishings if required, including desk and drawers, office chair, round table and four chairs, 2 x waiting area chairs, and a small filing cabinet Room 2: approximately 17.5m2, located front left of the building, $8,000 per annum Room 7: approximately 22.5m2, located back right of the building, $9,000 per annum Licence inclusions: monitored alarm system for building security, full air conditioning, a cleaning service currently provided 2 days per week, access to a common area (marked in blue on the Site Plan) including kitchen and bathrooms, and use of side carparking (not owned by Council but available for use by occupants of the Fountain Gallery) Licence exclusions: onsite internet and office furniture, including printing facilities Room 6, a shared meeting room, is available through pre-arranged booking times at an additional fee in accordance with Council's Fees & Charges Register 2026/2027 Contract Terms and Conditions Successful applicants must enter into a Licence to Occupy agreement acknowledging the terms and conditions of occupancy Licences are available for a term of 1 to 5 years Eligibility Open to businesses and organisations Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee selection; the final decision in relation to the allocation of licences will be made by Council How to Apply If interested in being considered, complete and lodge the attached application form with your organisation's details and relevant information by 5.00pm Friday 2 October 2026, at the Port Augusta Council Civic Centre, 4 Mackay Street, Port Augusta SA 5700, or by email to admin@portaugusta.sa.gov.au.
