About this tender
Overview SA Housing Trust is establishing a panel of real estate service providers to support delivery of the Rent to Own (R2O) program. Purpose The purpose of this procurement is to establish a panel of up to three (3) real estate service providers (agents) with the capability and capacity to successfully deliver the Rent to Own (R2O) program through the provision of specialised real estate services in accordance with the R2O Strategic Policy. Scope The scope includes: Provision of specialised real estate services for the Rent to Own (R2O) program Property management in accordance with the R2O Strategic Policy Managing the sales component of the R2O program Contract Terms and Conditions Contract term of three (3) years Two (2) extension options of one (1) year each (3+1+1) Enquiries Contact: Penny Thompson Email: housingprocurement@sa.gov.au
