Overview The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (SA) is seeking suitable premises available in the market for Government Office and Clinical Accommodation with fit-out, offering circa 2,500m² (NLA), within 5km of Flinders Medical Centre, available from Q2-Q3 2027. Scope The brief of requirements includes: Location: Premises should be situated within 5km of Flinders Medical Centre and closely linked with public transport Office Area (NLA): Approximately 2,500m² Fit-Out: Lessor fit-out to Lessee's plan required, subject to agreeable terms. Respondents should provide any existing plans in their proposal Car Parking: Up to 200 onsite car parks desirable, including EV charging facilities. Respondents should confirm parking in their proposal Building Requirements: Secure backup power, 24/7 access for staff, secure reception for public access, excellent access to public transport, and end of trip facilities Building Grade: Grade A office accommodation as classified by the Property Council of Australia.
