Scope Construction works for the six self-contained dwellings at 52-54 Thirteenth Street, Mildura, on a fixed lump-sum, construct-only basis Contractor Requirements Under the funding agreement with Housing Australia, this project is subject to the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Accreditation Scheme administered by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC). Tenderers must satisfy one of the following: Hold current OFSC WHS Accreditation If tendering as a joint venture, demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Scheme Satisfy the Principal that accreditation will be obtained in time to avoid impacting the construction program or Practical Completion Tenderers who do not satisfy one of the above requirements will be deemed non-conforming and may not be considered further.
