Overview The Port of Hastings Corporation (PoHC), as Principal, is seeking a Contractor to design and construct the Victorian Renewable Energy Terminal (VRET Project) under an Enhanced Design & Construct contract. About The proposed VRET Project is a Victorian Government strategic infrastructure project that will establish a dedicated assembly port to support the construction of Victoria's first offshore wind farms and enable the State's transition to renewable energy, subject to environmental and planning approvals. Scope Design and construction of the Victorian Renewable Energy Terminal (VRET Project) under an Enhanced Design & Construct contract Instructions to Tenderers PoHC intends to undertake a multi-stage interactive procurement process, comprising the following two key stages: EOI Phase RFT Phase In order to participate in the procurement process, interested parties must first respond to the attached Registration of Interest (ROI) Invitation, in accordance with the requirements of the ROI Invitation. Eligibility Only registrants considered to be bona fide, suitably experienced and qualified, and who have duly completed the Confidentiality and Disclaimer Deed Poll will be invited to participate in the EOI Phase.
