About this tender
Overview Parks Victoria is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Design and Construct Contractor to deliver Design and Construct (D&C) services for the design, fabrication and installation of the future staff accommodation modular building at the Parks Victoria Omeo Depot, under Contract Number PAT-2526-5429. About The appointed D&C Contractor will be required to work collaboratively with Parks Victoria and Parks Victoria's engaged consultants to deliver the Omeo Depot project as part of the Staff Accommodation Upgrades Program (SAUP), by way of a new modular building. Scope At a high level, the scope of this appointment is to provide Design and Construct (D&C) services for the Omeo Depot project, including but not limited to: Detailed design of the future modular building Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) Modular building fit-out Demolition and asbestos removal Prefabrication of modular buildings New chemical store and dangerous goods equipment Site preparation and crane laydown areas Construction and installation of modular buildings Building permits Car parking and lighting upgrades Water connection Wastewater connection Stormwater and civil drainage Telecommunications connection Internal electrical works Construction works (only) for external electrical connection and/or upgrades as required Electrical investigations, assessment of the existing electrical infrastructure, AusNet liaison and supply alteration approval requirements are excluded from this scope of work and will be undertaken under a separate engagement by Parks Victoria.
