About this tender
Overview Port of Hastings is seeking a suitably qualified diving contractor to carry out annual diving inspections of submersed and semi-submersed piles at its jetty facilities, being Stony Point Jetty, Crib Point Jetty and Long Island Point Jetty. Purpose The inspection program will assess the condition of the pile wrapping and the pile itself, determine the need for intervention, and provide a Wharf Structures Condition Assessment Manual 2022 (WSCAM) rating required for Port of Hastings' asset information system and asset register. The findings from this consultancy program will inform Port of Hastings' ongoing pile repair and wrapping capital expenditure program. Scope The scope includes: Annual diving inspections of submersed and semi-submersed piles at Stony Point Jetty, Crib Point Jetty and Long Island Point Jetty Assessment of the condition of the wrapping and the pile itself at each inspected location Determination of the need for intervention based on inspection findings Provision of a Wharf Structures Condition Assessment Manual 2022 (WSCAM) rating for each inspected pile for input into Port of Hastings' asset information system and asset register
