About this tender

Glen Eira City Council (Council) invites tenders for one or more suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to design and deliver a comprehensive Service Improvement Program across its three Glen Eira Leisure (GEL) facilities. Council is seeking: A • One consultant to provide Category 1 – Whole-of-Facility Services. Single contractor to deliver the core Service Improvement Program. The objective of the program is to enhance service quality, customer experience, operational performance and compliance through systematic assessment, benchmarking, and continuous feedback. B • Consultant/s to provide Category 2 – Specialist Department Services.
