Scope The scope includes: Earthworks Culvert installation Open drain improvements Road widening Pavement works Asphalt works Contract Terms and Conditions Practical completion date: 18 December 2026 Instructions to Tenderers All tenderers must register with the Council and obtain the tender documents, which are available from the etender portal All tender submissions must be lodged electronically through the etender portal no later than 2 pm Wednesday, 2 September 2026 The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted Late or facsimile tenders will not be accepted
