Overview Wellington Shire Council is seeking to appoint a Consultant, or consultant team, for the valuation of its stormwater drainage assets located in Wellington Shire. Scope The scope includes: Valuation of Council's stormwater drainage assets in accordance with Australian accounting standards AASB 116 Property, Plant and Equipment and AASB 13 Fair Value Measurement Determination of replacement rates and current replacement cost (fair value) of the listed assets applicable at 30 June 2027 Completion of the valuation as a desktop exercise, with no physical inspection of the assets required Submission of the valuation data on the Wellington Shire Council provided spreadsheet, compatible with Council systems Approximate number of assets Pits: 9,989 assets Pipes: 9,596 assets (287 km) Open Drains: 289 assets (29 km) Box drains: 209 assets (4 km) Other drainage: 474 assets Contract Terms and Conditions This project must be completed by 4 June 2027
