Overview Greatland Pty Ltd is seeking a suitable contractor for the design, supply, construction and installation of a prefabricated steel Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Workshop Building for the Havieron Project, a brownfields gold-copper development. About The proposed new HME workshop building is a key component of the Mine Infrastructure Area, which is the central hub of non-process facilities, buildings and operational services that support the mining site. The HME workshop is a centralised, highly specialised infrastructure that will provide safe, efficient and reliable structural support required for high-risk or prolonged maintenance to sustain continuous, 24/7 operations for mining heavy haulage and ancillary vehicles. Scope The project is for the design, supply, construction and installation of a prefabricated steel building, excluding civil and concrete works. The scope includes: Design, fabrication, supply and installation of a steel framed building Steelwork and cladding installation Overhead travelling crane installation (crane to be free issued to the contractor) External steel stairs and maintenance platform installation Automatic roller doors Roof / ridge ventilators Louvers on cladded walls Trough Internal building partitions installation Internal building fit outs, excluding mechanical internal fit outs for boilermakers, electrical, services and other bays in the workshop building Hose reels (free issued) Office building including internal fit out (electrical and communication) Supply of office furniture Store racking system Structural, mechanical and electrical work associated with the above works Instructions to Tenderers Specific scope requirements will be communicated to suitable contractors via an Invitation to Tender.
