Overview Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit a quotation for the provision of Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) services. Scope Provision of Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) services in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFQ Contractor Requirements Respondents must demonstrate their capability, relevant experience, and capacity to deliver the required services in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFQ Submissions should provide sufficient detail to evidence the respondent's technical expertise, resources, and ability to successfully undertake the works Information Requested All information requested in the RFQ must be submitted in the format specified within the RFQ documentation. Failure to provide the required information may result in a submission not being considered. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at Lark Hill Thoroughbred Training Complex, 70 Stakehill Road, Port Kennedy, WA 6172, Perth. Date: Thursday 24 September 2026 Time: 11:00-12:00 hrs (AWST) Location: Lark Hill Thoroughbred Training Complex, 70 Stakehill Road, Port Kennedy, WA 6172 Mandatory attendance: Yes Respondents must attend either the physical Site Briefing, or the Microsoft Teams briefing session if the Respondent is not based in WA. Respondents must register their briefing attendance via email to the Enquiries Officer, Phoebe Chung, at phoebe.chung@rwwa.com.au on or before 23 September 2026 at 16:00hrs (AWST). Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
