Stage 1 Replacement of AHUs & AC Units - Casuarina Prison

Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake air-conditioning replacement upgrades at Casuarina Prison. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Air-conditioning mechanical improvements across 6 units on-site identified as end of life and requiring upgrading Contractor Requirements DOJ security clearances required Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 288 Orton Rd, Casuarina on 2 Nov, 2026 at 11:30 AM. A mandatory site briefing will be held at Casuarina Prison, 288 Orton Rd, Casuarina WA 6167. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
