About this tender
Overview VenuesWest is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the replacement of the existing boiler system at the WAIS facility under Project P26079A, WAIS Boiler Replacement. Purpose The existing boiler plant has reached the end of its operational life and requires replacement to ensure the continued provision of reliable heating services to support the facility's operational requirements. Scope The scope includes: Supply of a new boiler system and associated mechanical services infrastructure Installation of the new boiler system and associated mechanical services infrastructure Commissioning of the new boiler system Testing of the new boiler system Handover of the new boiler system Delivery of the works with minimal disruption to facility operations and occupants Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory site visit and briefing will be held for this opportunity. Date: Friday 28 August 2026 Time: 10:00 AM (Australian Western Standard Time) Location: 10 McGillivray Rd, Mount Claremont WA 6010 Attendance: Mandatory for tenderers To confirm attendance at this briefing, tenderers must pre-register by contacting Tim Oakley, Project Manager, tim.oakley@venueswest.wa.gov.au. Failure to attend the tender briefing will result in the tenderer being ineligible for further consideration. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
