FY26 Concrete Footpath Slicing Services

Overview Camden Council is seeking a contractor to provide concrete footpath slicing services throughout the Camden Local Government Area for the 2025/26 financial year. Scope The scope includes attending footpath sites as directed by Camden Council for concrete slicing works. Locations will be throughout the Camden LGA only, and works will be a combination of programmed and ad-hoc sites carried out in response to community feedback. The scope includes: Ad-hoc and programmed concrete footpath slicing Emergency works completed within 10 calendar days Discharge of slurry and dust from the slicing process in compliance with EPA regulations and standards, with pricing to include the required controlled measures if applicable Provision of a detailed sample Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS) or Traffic Management Plan where required Treatment of hazards with a consistent slope compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 Removal and slicing of trip hazards between 1mm and 100mm in height, with no scarring of adjacent panels permitted Provision of a completion report and photos to the supervisor and program manager on completion of each location Invoicing of all locations on completion of works Works to be carried out as day works only Information Requested An example of the contractor's reporting structure must be provided as part of the submission Contract Terms and Conditions Prices are to remain fixed for a period of 12 months from the commencement of the contract and cannot be varied within the initial 12 month period Applications for any price variation during the course of the contract must be addressed to Camden Council with supporting evidence of increases, with award increases granted within a period of 3 months The same conditions apply to any Award Rate changes Enquiries Contact: Diane Ross Email: quotes@camden.nsw.gov.au Phone: 132263
