Supporting attachments may be uploaded where permitted. Any enquiries regarding this RFT must be submitted in writing. To ensure a fair and transparent process, responses to questions relating to the content of the RFT (excluding enquiries regarding portal functionality) will be made available to all Tenderers through the portal. Important Submission Information Submissions must be lodged electronically through the eProcure portal. Please ensure sufficient time is allowed to upload your submission prior to the closing date and time, and ensure all files are fully uploaded prior to the nominated closing time. The portal will close automatically at the advertised closing time, and any uploads not completed at that time will not be accepted. If the total size of your submission exceeds 10MB, or if you are uploading from within a corporate network, it is recommended that you confirm with your network administrator or IT support team that no file size restrictions or security settings will prevent the successful upload of your submission. CNSWJO and eProcure cannot extend a tender closing time due to upload delays or incomplete transfers. Tenderers should commence uploading their submission at least one (1) hour prior to the closing time.
How to respond to this tender
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Read the requirements in full
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Answer every criterion with evidence
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Lodge early through the official portal
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
