Scope The scope includes: Bag searches Managing pedestrian access gates Intoxication management Traffic management Property protection Crowd and queue management Roaming guard duties Security services for planned events Recurring event security services Emergency or ad hoc security requirements Other Council security services ordered by Council from time to time Contractor Requirements For New Year's Eve and other nominated events, the Contractor must work collaboratively with the Council appointed event operator, event management contractor, or Council-authorised representative, while acknowledging Council remains the Principal under the Contract
