Overview Nelson City Council is seeking a service provider to deliver Water Meter Reading Services for mechanical meters, enabling Council to invoice for water consumption across both residential and commercial users within the City boundaries. About Nelson City Council is a Unitary Authority at the top of the South Island with a population of approximately 55,000. It is a predominately urban authority with the bulk of the City area on reticulated water supply, with approximately 22,100 water meters.
