Overview Noosa Shire Council is seeking a contractor to undertake remediation works for the Black Pinch Area Reconstruction, covering sites 6 to 9. Scope The scope includes: Temporary works to facilitate a one lane side track, including design and certification by an RPEQ of temporary works during the construction period, addressing a stable batter profile during construction, the proposed plant and construction methodology, and working platforms Earthworks Soil nails, horizontal drains and shotcrete batter (site 7) Micro piling and header beam (sites 6 and 9) Deep piles with pile-cap/header beam (sites 7 and 8) Drainage works Rock protection works Roadworks Service locations and liaison with service providers for relocations, as required Any other works reasonably required to undertake the works in accordance with the project drawings, or as directed by the Superintendent
