About this tender
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for tenders to carry out a fit-out for the Lockyer Electorate Office, located at 15 William Street, Gatton, and requires the certified design and construction of the electorate office. The fit-out includes and is not limited to certified design, demolition and construction of internal partition walls, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware, final finishes, auto-door installation and relocation of the office furniture, equipment & items. This is a time critical project due to current lease expiry date of 31 August 2026. The functional fit-out must be completed on or before 26 August 2026, the relocation completed by 28 August 2026 and the make-good of the former office by 31 August 2026.
