Overview The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the Shade Structure project at Gracemere State School, located at 1 O'Shanesy St, Gracemere QLD 4702. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a shade structure over an existing playground at Gracemere State School Design of the shade structure Obtaining the relevant certifications for the works Carrying out all works in accordance with all building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE Design Standards Contractor Requirements Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request: QBCC Licence Professional Indemnity Insurance (to the value of $1 million in accordance with the contract) Public Liability Insurance WorkCover Insurance Site Inspection A site inspection will be held on Tuesday 29th of September at 8:30am.
