The Department of State Development is seeking information from the market on supplier capability, capacity, possible approach, indicative costs and timeframes to develop a Carbon Management Plan. To support responses on this RFI, it is intended that any Carbon Management Plan of the Department would include; Baseline operational carbon emissions inventory and profile areas of greatest opportunity/impact for carbon emission reduction within operations (scope 1, 2 and 3 where practical) recommendations on priority actions short, medium and long term targets methodology and process for data capture and progress measurement
