About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Make-Good Internal Works at Eastern Industries, Casuarina Prison. Scope The scope includes provision of Make-Good Internal Works at Eastern Industries as part of the Casuarina Prison Expansion Project, including but not limited to: Demolition General building make good to affected areas Electrical works Security and communications works Fire services works Mechanical demolition Tenderers are to refer to the Consultant's Scope and Specifications in Appendix 1 for detailed requirements. Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking make-good internal works of this nature Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 288 Orton Rd, Casuarina on 7 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. A mandatory site briefing will be held at Casuarina Prison, 288 Orton Rd, Casuarina WA 6167. Date: 7 September 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Location: 288 Orton Rd, Casuarina WA 6167 Status: Mandatory All tenderers must confirm their attendance at least two days prior, including the full names of those attending. A maximum of two (2) representatives per company may attend. Attendees are required to present a valid photo ID, such as a driver's licence, on the day. Mobile phones are not permitted on site. Attendance must be registered via email to Tenders.WA@programmed.com.au, with the Request for Tender number and name reflected on all correspondence.
