Ltd. is seeking a contractor for the design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of a modular Class 5 commercial office facility for the Narrogin Wind Farm Project. Scope The scope includes: Design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of a modular Class 5 commercial office facility for the Narrogin Wind Farm Project Construction of the facility to approximately 15 m × 12 m, designed and constructed to meet all applicable project and regulatory requirements Provision of a fully furnished open-plan workspace Provision of a meeting room Provision of a SCADA/communications room Provision of a kitchen and dining area Provision of ablutions, shower and toilet facilities Provision of associated building services, including air conditioning, lighting, power distribution, data cabling, security provisions, stormwater management, and plumbing Instructions to Tenderers A detailed Scope of Works and technical requirements will be provided upon invitation to tender.
