About this tender
Overview The City of Stirling is seeking design and contract administration services for the Millington Reserve Clubroom and Changeroom Redevelopment in Karrinyup. The project will replace the existing facility with a new accessible, inclusive community sporting facility, including female-friendly changerooms, clubroom/function areas, storage, amenities, services infrastructure, landscaping and reserve integration. Scope The scope includes: Concept design services Detailed design and documentation Tender assistance Contract administration, including cost planning, stakeholder engagement, design reviews and superintendent duties Objectives Key priorities for the project include accessibility, sustainability and ESD outcomes, WHS compliance, value for money, whole-of-life asset performance, stakeholder consultation and strong cost control. Contract Terms and Conditions Basis of Contract Award A minimum of one pre-qualified contractor is anticipated to be engaged Dependent on the outcome of the evaluation, additional pre-qualified contractors may be engaged Details on work allocation per panel are indicated in the specification document attached to the tender Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A Mandatory Briefing (refer to Conditions of Tendering Clause 5.3) will be held to provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. Location: Millington Reserve, 2 Jeanes Road, Karrinyup WA 6018 Date: 15 September 2026 Time: 10:00am No pre-registration is required, as signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also.
